40 or 60 quart pot with basket
propane gas tank and burner

Measure how much oil you will need. Put turkey in basket and lower it into the pot, then pour water till it reaches two inches above turkey, mark the limit on the basket and get rid of water. Dry the pot and add oil to equal the water level in the basket.
Use deep fry thermometer to heat the oil to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
Put the turkey in the oil and let it fry.
After sometime remove turkey and use meat thermometer to check temperature of breast and thigh of turkey. The former should be 170 degrees Fahrenheit and the later should be 180 degrees Fahrenheit.
Use injector to marinate your fried turkey. This way you can inject marinate directly into the meat.
